Skiers take part in the King of the Rail competition on Saturday (Feb. 23) in Skier's Plaza.
Whistler Blackcomb's King of the Rail competition presented by Showcase is held four times over the winter season. This past Saturday (Feb. 23) for an hour an a half skiers and snowboarders in male, female, adult and youth categories competed against each other on two rail features next to the Fitzsimmons Chair. Participants could take as many runs as they wanted down the course and category winners received a percentage of the cash entry fees as a prize.
The final King of the Rail for the season will be held on March 9.
