Dear Editor,

Seniors from Area C and Pemberton were recently treated to a delicious Christmas Dinner at the Pemberton Legion. Simple words of thanks cannot begin to express the appreciation we have for all those who make it happen year after year.

To all the hard working Lions that cooked and served a delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings and great desserts; to the Legion for welcoming us as you do throughout the year; to the Pemberton Valley Grocery Store and the anonymous donor of wine; to Anita Burleson and The Pemberton Community Choir, who brought us the spirit of Christmas with traditional songs to put us in a festive mood, a sincere and heartfelt thanks on behalf of all who attended the Seniors Christmas Dinner in Pemberton.
