Those who live and work in the south end of Whistler can expect some odours today and Friday (Aug. 26 and 27) as municipal staff work to upgrade the odour control system at the Whistler wastewater treatment plant.
To perform the work, officials must take the plant’s odour control system off-line for up to two days, municipal officials said in a statement issued Wednesday (Aug. 25). The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday.
